The rate of carbon produced by carbonization machine has always been important study point in the carbonization industry. The different rate of carbon is easily influence by different factors. Different kinds of material influences the rate of carbon, besides, the carbonization temperature is also an inportant matter. Now the following we will introduce the rate of carbon from the carbonization machine which carbonization temperature influences.
Through a large number of experiments, we found that the lower temperature could get the higher rate of carbon. However, because the machine-made carbon is low quality in the low temperature with corrosive in the meantime, including acidity tarry matters, we can’t burn that with clear and smokeless flame. We generally demand that the superior commercial carbon should contain carbon more than 80%, which requires that we need to control the final carbonization temperature higher than 500℃, and in this way, the wood fiber content in the material has positive effects on the carbon production. On the other hand, machine-made carbon material adopts solid mature wood and dense qualitative, which can also produce large densities and solid machine-made carbon.
However, with the increase of carbonization temperature, the fragility of carbon is also increasing. In the actual production, Beston found that the final carbonization temperature is between 550℃ and 650℃, the fragility and solid carbon content of the machine-made carbon can achieve an ideal equilibrium.
