The carbonization machine manufactured by Beston Group is large continuous equipment. After your ordering product in our factory, we will send professional technicians to your site for guiding your installation and testing the machine until the equipment can be put into operation normally. Then what else do you need to pay attention to when you are ready to put the machine into operation or in the future production?

Firstly, check whether all the lubrication parts are in working condition before putting the machine into operation. After starting, let the machine work freely for about 3 minutes to see whether there is an abnormal phenomenon in various parts and observe whether the size of gear fits. At the same time, start the venturi water film dust removal device to see whether the motor of dust removal equipment works normally and whether there is leakage phenomenon, etc..The machine can be put into operation only after all these checks. We should slowly increase the temperature of carbonization tube to the specified temperature and then feed materials through the screw feeder, the feeding speed should be constant.

We suggest that the precautions above should be implemented once each day before production, which will greatly avoid the production halts or unnecessary loss caused by equipment failure. In addition, we should maintain the carbonization machine regularly after long time production so as to extend its service time.
