Bamboo charcoal furnace

The carbonizing furnace of charcoal manufacturing equipment is the most important part in operation process, which decides the working efficiency as well as the quality of end products. Thus, for the design of this part, we have introduced double layer design, which can make the lower part of the machine contact with the hot air as much as possible; meanwhile, this design is helpful to raise the heat utilization efficiency from the beginning. There are three times to make the maximum full use of heating in the whole process of operation, so the temperature of the emission gas is below 100 centigrade and the heat use ratio of our bamboo carbonization equipment is over 85%.

Through the high temperature heating in the furnace, the bamboo will be turned into carbonized bamboo charcoal and combustible gas. Both of them have high burning value and can be used as fuel directly, which has paved a road for the subsequent steps.

Cooling system

The cooling system of bamboo charcoal making equipment is mainly used to reduce the temperature of bamboo charcoal to 30℃. As we know that the temperature of the charcoal in the furnace is quite high, so it is dangerous to discharge the charcoal directly. Thus the cooling system is quite primary in the respect of security.

Condenser system

In addition to charcoal and combustible gas, there are another two end products, wood vinegar and tar, generated through the liquefaction of condenser system in the bamboo charcoal making process.
