The production line of biomass carbonization includes three basic functions, crushing, drying and carbonization, among which carbonization is an important part of the whole production line. A large amount of flue gas will be generated in the process of carbonization, but the carbonization machine can recycle these gas into burning room. Under the action of draft fan, the gas can heat for the host and drying equipment. Finally, it will be discharged after three levels of filtration. Such smokeless emission not only can meet the requirements of environmental protection, but also can get a significant comprehensive energy saving effect.
