Rice husk roll into the inner barrel with high-pressure dragon extrusion for secondary drying, and the rice husk is pushed to another end along with the roller rotating, and then enter into the outermost carbonization zone. The rice husk reacts here. This process determines the quality of rice husk charcoal. The air in outer barrel can’t be too high, and the combustible gas produced in the carbonization process needs recycling to burn. If the wind power pumped into can’t match the speed of feeding, it will has the risk of explosion.
